Lasting Conversation

Editorial policy

Lasting Conversation aims to make its explanations clear, measured and useful beyond a single moment. We distinguish general guidance from interpretation, avoid overstating what an example can show, and make corrections when we find an error.

Accuracy and clarity

We review articles for clear reasoning, coherent examples and claims that fit the subject. Where an idea is open to interpretation, we say so rather than presenting one reading as settled fact. We do not invent sources, events, quotations or personal experience. Readers can send a correction through the Contact page; when a meaningful error is confirmed, we amend the article and make the change clear in its context.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made for the reader, not to secure a favourable mention or placement. Any paid, sponsored or partner material is clearly identified where it appears and kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee an article, endorsement or favourable treatment.

Illustrations and limits

Some illustrations may be generated with AI, and they are illustrative rather than evidence of a real person or event. Articles offer general reflection and communication ideas, not professional counselling or a substitute for help suited to an individual situation.
